Description:
We are looking for a number of butchers to join a high end butchery operation in the Leighton Buzzard/Milton Keynes area. Due to location a car driver would be preferred
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm with a hour for lunch.
Your primary task will be to debone beef from the carcass and handle all aspects of butchery for this premium brand. The company provide all knives etc and are looking for butchery personnel asap. This s a FSA approved cutting station.
The salary is dependent upon background however the client is happy to consider candidates who cover the spectrum of butchery, from a junior butcher to a master butcher.
Junior: £25000-35000
Senior £40000-45000
Bonus payments, free parking are additional benefits offered especially around Christmas/Easter etc.
When interviewed a one hour trial will be undergone to demonstrate skillset.
