Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for an Area Cleaning Manager for the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire area.
For this role, you will manage the companies cleaning operations, ensuring contractual commitments to all customers are met, that quality standards are achieved, and operation is run efficiently; this to be achieved through a structure of supervisors, mobile and site-based cleaning operatives.
Working remotely within the Norfolk area or on occasions from the company premises at Ely. Company vehicle, phone and laptop will be provided for work use.
£29,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible to work early morning and late nights as well as some weekends.
Temp to Perm position.
Previous experience required including candidates who are able to demonstrate knowledge of motivation and control principles for supervisory staff.
You will be required to communicate both face to face and over the telephone clearly and articulately with staff and colleagues.
