Job Title: Administrator
Location: King’s Lynn
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week


Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join and support a busy, fast-paced team based in King’s Lynn.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop, update, and maintain project documentation and records.




  • Co-ordinate day-to-day activities and resources, liaising effectively with customers, suppliers, and site teams.




  • Report progress and status updates to all relevant parties.




  • Assist with budget organisation and financial tracking.




  • Raise and manage purchase and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.




  • Qualify incoming enquiries and assist in the completion of required documentation.




  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.






Experience & Skills Required:




  • Previous experience in Administration or similar role within the Construction industry is essential.




  • Familiarity with project management processes, budgets, purchasing, and documentation handling is preferred.




  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
