Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our client based in the Portsmouth area.


This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.


Duties will include:-



  • Making outbound calls to update customers on the progress of their repairs.

  • Enter communication and accurate records onto the computer system.

  • Collecting feedback from customers.

  • General administration roles within the department.

  • Meet individual and meet performance targets.


Requirements:-



  • Previous administration experience is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Patient attitude and empathetic when dealing with customers concerns and questions.

  • Be an excellent team player.

  • Have a can-do attitude.


Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.


£13.00 per hour.


Immediate starts for the right candidates.
