7.5T Delivery & Installation Driver – Aylesbury
Pay: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)
Location: Aylesbury (HP22)
Hours: 45 hours per week, start time 6:45 AM – working on a rota across 7 days


Looking for a driving role that’s more than just driving?
Berry Recruitment are on the lookout for experienced 7.5T drivers who can bring great customer service and a positive attitude to a busy delivery and installation team in Aylesbury.


What you’ll be doing:


You won’t just be behind the wheel – you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering and installing items like white goods, TVs, and cookers into customers’ homes.



  • Deliver, install and demo electrical appliances safely and professionally

  • Chat with customers, keep them in the loop, and make sure everything’s just right

  • Use the handheld device (Savvy) to manage your delivery schedule and get customer sign-offs

  • Work closely with your site team to adapt to changes during the day

  • Load and unload the van safely, adjusting as deliveries are made

  • Follow road rules, safety procedures, and best practice at all times


What we’re looking for:



  • You’ve got a great attitude and care about doing the job well

  • Good communication skills – you're confident speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone

  • Comfortable working solo or with a teammate – you're reliable either way

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and installing larger items

  • You take pride in safe driving and following the rules


What you’ll need:



  • A full UK/EU C1 licence (up to 6 points allowed)

  • Valid Digital Tacho card

  • CPC qualification (Driver Qualification Card – desirable but not essential)

  • Experience driving 7.5T vehicles, or at least 6 months of experience in a 3.5T vehicle with a clean recent driving record.
