🚚 3.5T Delivery & Installation Driver

📍 Location: Rhyl (SC), LL18 5JA
📅 Contract: Temporary (10 July 2025 – 30 September 2025)
🕘 Hours: 45 hours per week | 07:00 – 17:00 | Mon–Sun rotating shifts
👔 Dress Code: PPE – High-vis (no logo) & safety shoes required

🔍 Role Overview

We’re looking for dependable and customer-focused 3.5T Delivery & Installation Drivers to join our operational team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, installation, and collection of a range of electrical products including white goods, TVs, and cookers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and demonstrate electrical products in customer homes


• Provide exceptional service, keeping customers informed and reassured throughout each visit


• Use handheld devices to manage deliveries, update records, and collect customer confirmations


• Adapt to real-time updates and delivery changes by staying in close contact with your depot team


• Handle goods carefully and assist colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment


• Monitor and adjust the vehicle load throughout the day to ensure safety and compliance


• Ensure adherence to all road laws, transport regulations, and health & safety procedures


• Maintain a high standard of driving, professionalism, and courtesy at all times


• Complete scheduled store collections and returns as required

🧠 Skills & Experience Required

• Strong customer service mindset with confident communication skills


• Comfortable working alone or as part of a two-person team


• Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks safely


• Positive attitude toward learning and continuous development


• Proven experience driving a 3.5T vehicle (no blameworthy accidents, no more than 3 current penalty points)


• Calm, solution-focused approach to unexpected issues or challenges

🎓 Qualifications

• Full UK/EU Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points)


• Valid Digital Tachograph Card — Desirable (can be provided if not currently held)


• DBS is also desirable; however we can provide this
