It recruits across the industrial, commercial, catering, hospitality, driving, and tech sectors, for both temporary and permanent roles.
Manager, Jane Baran said: 'Our referral rate on some desks is above 60 per cent, which is incredible.
'We actively encourage and incentivise employee referrals because referred candidates tend to have higher success rates as they already know the role and the expectations.
'Having a high street presence and having been here for 21 years is part of the reason why we enjoy such high rates.
'Our candidates will pop in with a friend, or mums and dads pop in with their children to make enquiries, seek advice or just ask for help with a CV.
'And this personal contact enables us to recruit more candidates, and they in turn refer their friends.
'Some of our candidates are university students who work for our clients throughout their degrees and stay with us until they move away or find a job thye have been training for.
'We will have an influx of school and college leavers this summer and they often come to us because they have been referred.
'We are finding a growing desire for permanent roles, and we are growing our commercial desk, which supplies across all office categories.'
