Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a night shift opportunity? Berry Recruitment is currently hiring Class 2 Tanker Drivers to join our team based in Donington.


Role Overview: As a Class 2 Tanker Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in handling effluent, floodwater, and sewage water. You’ll operate a pump (training provided) and occasionally navigate off-road areas to reach specific locations. The working hours are from 17:00 to 05:00, with additional hours available at an advanced pay rate.


Key Details:



  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years with a Class 2 license.

  • Shift: Night shift (17:00 - 05:00).

  • Pay: Starting at £12.50 - £17 per hour, with advanced rates for overtime and weekends.

  • Night Outs: Opportunities for non-taxable pay of £50.

  • License Requirements: Valid driver’s license (no more than 6 points), valid CPC.

  • Digi Card: Not required; you’ll work off a logbook.

  • Safety: All necessary PPE provided; no health risks involved.

  • Technology: Drivers will use/work with an iPad.

  • Customer Service: Interact with the public; customer service skills are essential.
