Description:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Business Development Manager who will be covering the Southern territories of England. You should ideally be within a commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead so that you can visit the offices, however the majority of the time you will be working remotely and also visiting customer sites.
Your day to day duties will be to build a network of company relationships with an objective on maximising the spend. You will generate prospects, follow up leads, attend sales meetings, generate quotes and convert as much business as possible.
You will have a background within the food industry and be used to dealing with Technical Managers on a day to day basis.
You will have a good understanding of costing and pricing strategies, have a proven sales ability and outstanding presentation skills.
