Berry Recruitment have registered multiple Administrators to join our client based in the Didcot area on a temporary on-going basis.

Role: 2 X Temporary Administrators
Location: Didcot
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Salary: £9.00 - £10.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration duties

  • High level customer service

  • Using mail merge to send out letters

  • Data entry

  • Answering incoming calls and taking queries

  • Any other duties as reasonably required

Candidate Specification:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A positive and proactive approach to working with colleagues

  • Good knowledge of Excel & Word

  • Good eye for detail and accuracy

  • Ability to be flexible and to work alone or as part of a team whilst using own initiative
