We are seeking a driven and confident Telesales Representative on a permanent full time basis for a successful and growing business who supply goods to the ecommerce market during an exciting time of expansion into new markets
This is a full time permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to generate new business sales and cross selling to their existing customers, joining a friendly team in a modern and welcoming workplace space who are also part of the Healthy Workplace Programme!
You will have the opportunity to develop new business through outbound call activity to new and existing clients and manage your account base, ensuring you are providing excellent customer service and sales growth.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Keeping the CRM (Client Relationship Management) database up to date
- Have a specific target of calls to be made each day, developing and nurturing client relationships along the way
- Post sample products out to clients
- Increase sales for the company nationwide
- Cross sell new product range to existing customer base
- Maintain and keep in contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business
If you have worked in a telesales environment before we would love to hear from you, training of the product line will be given on their in-house bespoke software package
A confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills is essential for this role
The hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday
In return the company are offering a salary from £17k to £18k per annum DOE + a commission structure which is uncapped
21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, rising to 26 days after 5 years service
