Berry Recruitment West Wickham are currently recruiting for a Team Leader / Senior Administrator to work with our client in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading small teams.

Location: Exteter

Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm

You will be responsible for:

• Leading small teams


• Scheduling team work


• Create rotas


• Ensure that processes are followed


• Ensuring team deadlines are met


• Update and maintain data base


• Create team reports

Essential Skills

• A background in a public facing and admin role


• Team player


• Excellent organisation skills


• Good attention to detail


• Excellent communication


• Knowledge of Microscoft


• Strong administration skills


• Outstanding Customer Service skills


• Computer literate


• Compassionate approach to work


• Confident telephone manner


• You will be required to obtain a DBS - we can arrange this for you.
