Description:

Berry Recruitment are seeking an experienced Surveyor & Estimator with a strong background in interior fit-out projects, for a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.

Job Title: Surveyor & Estimator

Location: King's Lynn

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys by taking full measurements, photos and descriptions.


• Develop accurate cost estimates.


• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.


• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.


• Prepare and submit tender documents.


• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.


• Provide excellent customer service.


• Achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out industry.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up softwares.


• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence and vehicle is required
