Berry recruitment are currently seeking a Second Chef for a client based on outskirts of Redruth to join their team.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy kitchen.
A passion for creating and delivering good quality meals that celebrate local and seasonal produce is a must. You will be required to provide leadership for team in the Head Chef’s absence and to ensure high standards or safety, hygiene and customer service are maintained.
On a daily basis your main responsibility will be ensuring all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new meals and menus.
This is a full time position, 5 days per week including weekend as per rota.
NO EVENINGS REQUIRED!
Working hours are 9am until 5pm.
