Description:

Berry Recruitment are urgently recruiting for an ongoing chef for a primary school in the Chester area. The position will be on a temporary basis.

Hours are 8am - 2pm, working Monday to Friday.

Experience of working in a school environment is preferred, but experience of any high volume chef work will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities

• keeping the kitchen clean and tidy


• running kitchen


• preparing meals


• using ordering system


• compliance


• manual handling


• Any other duties as required

You will be required to have an enhanced DBS to work with us, if you don't have one of these (on the update service) we are happy to do it as part of the registration process but there will be a charge to the applicant of £48. You will also require a Food Hygiene certificate and KCSIE training which can be provided at the cost of £7.50.
