An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Project Coordinator to join a well established company in Romsey that offer a range of power protection products and services to a broad spectrum of industries and sectors.



This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30 with a 1 hour lunch break and a salary between £19,000 and £22,000 depending on experience.



The main purpose of this role is to liaise with the Operations team, Production and Engineering team, Internal and External sales team and UK customers to enable the company to undertake full project fulfilment.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Working with the UK sales teams to coordinate sales projects from order receipt

  • Liaising with customers after initial sale has been completed to discuss system delivery schedules and project completion plans

  • Liaising with Production to ensure products are pre-booked

  • Liaising with Operations to ensure delivery times for systems and products are on schedule

  • Aiding the Hardware Sales team with quotations when required

  • Preparing service documentation

  • Providing full admin support to the team

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients



Requirements:



  • Project coordination experience within similar sectors is preferred

  • Problem solving is key for this role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Time management

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
