Berry recruitment are recruiting a Sales Office Assistant to join a beautiful company in Thame.

Job Title: Sales Office Assistant

Location: Thame

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Hours: 8:45am - 17:15pm Monday - Friday

The purpose of the role is to manage & coordinate administrative activities & personnel to facilitate the smooth running of the Sales Office; organising people, information and other resources. Ensure relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively. Act as key liaison between all personnel.

  • reception duties

  • incoming calls

  • provide refreshments and lunch for guest arrivals

  • take deliveries

  • customer service duties

  • promote sales

  • respond to general enquiries through phone and emails

  • research sales opportunities

  • quotations

  • order processing

  • general sales admin

  • check accuracy of invoices

  • update internal diaries

  • housekeeping maintaining office supplies

  • any other duties required

Candidate Specification:

  • polite

  • professional

  • open and welcoming

  • ability to write clear emails

  • CRM experience ideally ACT

  • MS office experience

  • remain calm under pressure
