Position: Sales Estimator/ Administrator



Location: Havant, Portsmouth



Salary: 22K-24K pa (based on experience)



Working hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday –Friday 7.00am-3.30pm



Summary of role: A Full time vacancy has arisen for a Sales Estimator/ Administrator to join a busy, open plan office in Havant. Reporting to the Sales Director, the key purpose will be to provide administrative Sales support. Duties to include the following but not restricted to:



Responsibilities




  • Assisting the Sales team with incoming calls and emails

  • Follow up on quotes using sales techniques to successfully close project opportunities.

  • Review and update project files CRM with latest sales activities.

  • Ensuring and managing communications with other departments as required

  • Log orders and/or losses on system and action appropriately to ensure customer service is of the highest level.

  • Assist with processing of mini samples and other general office admin duties.

  • Other general ad-hoc administrative duties as required.




Skills and Experience




  • Experience of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels

  • Ability to work under pressure
