Sales and Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking for a number of Sales and Customer Service professionals to join our busy client, based in Ashford, Kent.

You will initially be working as a temporary worker VIA Berry Recruitment for 13 weeks, and there is scope for this to become a permanent role for those that perform well.

Pay rate- £8.54ph

Working hours - Varied shifts between 9am and 5pm Monday- Friday with alternate Sundays between 9.30am and 5pm.

There is an option to work either 30 or 25 hours per week, depending on what would suit you best!

Accessibility- Accessible by bus, or a short walk from the train station, free parking is available for drivers on Sundays

Start date- 29th July

Key responsibilities of this role include;

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers

  • Increasing business revenue

  • Managing customer enquiries and complaints

  • Working towards departmental and personal targets

  • Planning and managing your own workload

Key skills required;

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Being able to work in a busy environment with minimal supervision

  • Self motivation

  • The ability to work to Sales and Margin KPIs
