We are currently looking for Quality Controller for client based in Headcorn.

Previous experience in QC's roles are essential.

Job description

Reporting to the Technical Supervisor

• Testing and inspection of materials and processes from intake to final dispatch, ensuring all specifications are met and exceptions are reported and acted upon in a timely manner


• Raw material and packaging intake inspection and reconciliation of delivery notes and certificates of analysis, ensuring full intake traceability and quality for each delivery


• Chemical, physical and sensory testing and positive release of finished products


• Record and report results of all testing and inspections


• Escalation of out of specification product


• Identifying and helping resolve non-conforming product issues.


• Monitoring and recording of various process controls, reporting any out of parameter results


• Carry out sensory shelf life analysis of all finished products throughout life


• Carry out environmental swabbing to schedule


• Monitor GMP throughout factory and report any issues to management


• Carry out routine audits, including glass audits and record audits

Working Hours and Benefits

• Full time, temporary to permanent position


• Full training will be given in business procedures and operating protocols


• Pay £13-£13.72 per hour depend of experience


• Weekly pay
