Berry Recruitment are seeking farm work staff for a busy produce environment primarily working with potatoes and onions.

We have farms in the North Norfolk area that are needing staff for the harvest season - 4/5 people needed

This role will include accurately grading, picking and packing potatoes and onions.

Job Responsibilities:

• A good eye for accuracy when grading out the potatoes or onions


• Some rework and repacking will be required so attention to detail important.


• Heavy lifting and manual handling will be involved with this position.

Ongoing temp positions which will lead straight into the potato harvest season.

Hours: The businesses operates 5 - 7 days a week as a minimum however dependent on seasonality and high demands often the flexibility of a Saturday will be necessary and an occasional Sunday.

Salary: £11.44 per hour for Monday to Friday

£17.16 per hour paid for Saturday and Sunday

Time and half paid at some clients after 8 hours - depending on where you are working.
