Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time office administrator for their client based in Buckfastleigh

Our client have experienced such fantastic growth over the past 6 months that they are now looking to add an office administrator to their vibrant team

  • Maintaining the purchase ledger and sales ledger

  • Assisting with finance duties i.e., preparing and issuing accurate invoices, filing, updating all records.

  • Ensuring Sales & Purchasing information is collated accurately within Quick-books and reporting to the General Manager & Director.

  • Dealing with Supplier and Customer Queries.

  • Looking into inaccuracies and problem solving where accounts which do not match.

  • Checking that the balances of accounts match the total outstanding value of customer accounts.

  • Taking calls from Clients and booking in of jobs

  • Customer quotes

  • Completing Council applications and Council Permits for works.

  • Inputting weekly time-sheets into data sheet

The successful candidate will have

  • Solid previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficient within Quick-books is a must.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Friendly and welcoming with a good phone manner.

  • Great organisation skills.

  • Can work independently and use initiative.

  • Knowledgeable of email systems.

  • Ability to use finance systems and produce financial analysis for reports.
