Berry Recruitment are now recruiting for an Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant to work for a Football Association at a Stadium in Oxford.

This role would involve basic maintenance at the Stadium to organising and planning the documentations associated with pre and post matches

Role: Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Location: Oxford

Hours: 09:00 0 17:00 with availability for Match Day Games.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations & Maintenance Team Assistant:

• Assist with invoicing and relevant reporting to the Head of Safety Operations


• Assist with administrative tasks, ensure compliance with safety certification and all statutory licensing requirements


• Facilitate contractor movement and working on site ensuring all health and safety inductions and requirements are complied with.


• Proactively assist with and promote the safety and security of the stadium and to ensure compliance with the licensing conditions of the Kassam Stadium


• To be available to respond to and manage safety incidents on matchday


• Provide cover during periods of annual leave to answer enquiries and address issues on behalf of the Head of Match Day Operations
