Berry Recruitment Cornwall are seeking an Office Assistant to join a team based in Bodmin, starting ASAP on a temporary basis, until April 2020. This is a part-time position to provide maternity cover, and is a great opportunity for an administrator who is perhaps looking for a role to fit around existing commitments or family life.

For the position of Office Assistant, we are seeking someone adaptable and enthusiastic, who is willing to try new challenges and be an excellent support to the Office team.

As Office Assistant you will conduct general office duties such as filing, scanning, responding to queries via email and telephone, and as such you must have excellent IT skills. You will also manage the reconciliation of daily banking and promote the business via various social media channels. It is essential that the Office Assistant has a friendly and polite phone manner, and is eager to deal with and resolve any customer queries or issues.

The hours for the Office Assistant are fantastic: 10am – 3pm from Tuesday to Saturday. The role is paying a generous £9 per hour, with the added bonus of holiday pay, which is accrued weekly.
