Mini Bus Driver


Location: Bristol area


Job Type: Full-time Permanent or Part Time


Salary: £29,500 (based on experience)


We are working with an executive minibus hire client looking for professional qualified drivers to service school contracts, private hire and organised groups.


This client is seeking to double its business over the next year and are seeking professional, dedicated and well mannered PCV drivers to become part of their driving community. They started as a family run business and they value their staff as such. Each year they have both a Christmas and summer staff function. They are offering salaried positions ensuring equal pay through the year with no months of lower pay.


Responsibilities


As a PCV driver you will be tasked with the following:



  • Safely operate passenger-carrying vehicles (PCVs) on designated routes.

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers.

  • Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

  • Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.


Requirements


Having worked previously as a PCV driver it is expected that you will have the following attributes:



  • Valid PCV licence (D1 category without 101 restriction).

  • CPC qualification.

  • Digi Card

  • Excellent driving record.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude.

  • Flexible hours including some weekends
