Our client is looking for reception cover for every match day between 12.00pm-18:00pm
We are looking for the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality
The position will involve the following:
- Distributing tickets to clients & visitors
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner
- Informing the host of the guests' arrival promptly ensuring the guest is kept updated at all times
- Ensuring that guests and hosts are taken care of, offering excellent customer care skills at all times
