Berry Recruitment is hiring! We require a Permanent Maintenance Assistant to work for our client in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

Salary: £26,453 per annum + call out pay

Location: Oxford (Oxford City)

Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Fridays) with weekday/weekend call outs (On Rota basis)

Start date: ASAP

About the role:

As the Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include

• Ensure proper upkeep of college buildings, utilities, plant, machinery, and equipment.


• Deliver a rapid response service, participating in weekday and weekend call-outs on a rotational basis.


• Contribute to the efficient functioning of the facilities through proactive maintenance practices.


• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

About you:

• Must have experience in a building maintenance role


• Have experience dealing with utilities such electricity, water and heating
