Role: Insurance Sales and Customer Service Advisor


Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire


Hours - Monday – Friday - 08:30 – 17:00


Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting existing customer with policy changes, selling personal and commercial insurance products, and making sure that you uphold our exceptional customer service standard.



About the role:
As Insurance Sales and Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be:



  • Work with existing and new customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs.

  • Ensure that we deliver for our customers in a timely manner so that they have the cover that they need when they need it.

  • Identity and promote our range of investment, pension, and Health &Safety Products (lead generation) with existing and new customers.

  • Get involved in our team initiatives so that we remain a great place to work.

  • Attend events to meet customers, and to promote our services to potential new leads.

  • Manage our internal accounting system by:

  • Conducting daily banking (reconciling BACS payments) and banking cheques.

  • Checking our aged debt and contacting customers to remind for payment.

  • Ensuring that all requests for activity for an account are dealt with.

  • Issue refunds to our customers in a timely manner.



About you:



  • Demonstrate Sales and Customer Service or Banking experience.

  • Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Excellence communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.

  • Strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning
