Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced HR & Executive Assistant to work for a well-established and well respected organisation based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.


Role: HR & Executive Assistant


Salary: £47,000 - £48,925 per annum


Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire


Hours: 09.00-17.30. (37.5hrs)


Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days holiday.



Key Responsibilities of the HR & Executive Assistant:



  • Support Managing Director with external communications, diary management, travel, weekly priority report and ad-hoc requests.

  • General office management

  • Co-ordination of company events

  • Ownership of HR data system & support management

  • Administer company pension scheme, Health Insurance and compile annual data for life Insurance.

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees including preparing offers, reference checks, contracts, inductions, and probations. Follow up reconciliation with purchase orders and recruitment costs data.

  • Undertake exit interviews and monitor the return of company equipment.

  • Co-ordination of IT equipment with external provider

  • Co-ordination of company training



About you:



  • 3 years’ experience working within human Resources department and/or Executive Assistant Qualification

  • Experience working in a similar background (similar industry would be an advantage)
