Berry Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a well respected horticultural business - we are seeking up to 20 people to join their team from the middle of February 2025.
Role Details:
Work Schedule - 6 days a week (note they work 7 days a week at the nursery) so will ensure you will have a day off a week. Start times 7-7.30am unless the weather forecast is super hot; when you will start at 6 - you will be advised the night before.
- You must enjoy working in a warm environment - a perfect way to escape the cold whilst remaining in the horticultural or agricultural industry
- You will engage in a variety of tasks relating to growing and nurturing young plants from cuttings, plugs and potting up.
- You must be nimble fingers and manually dexterous for this role as great care is required with young plants.
