Are you a passionate culinary professional ready to lead or support in a dynamic kitchen environment? We're seeking talented Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team in Islip, Northamptonshire.

Position: Catering Assistant
Location: Islip, Northamptonshire, NN14
Hours: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time available) including night shifts.

Head Chef Role:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team


• Develop and execute innovative menus


• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety


• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and budgeting

Sous Chef Role:

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations


• Assist in menu planning and food preparation


• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure service runs smoothly


• Maintain quality control and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role


• Strong leadership and communication skills
