Berry Recruitment are looking for a Goods In Administrator to join a well established Electrical Distribution company in central Southampton.


This is a temp to perm role to start ASAP. Working hours Mon-Thu 8.00-17.00 and Fri 08.00-16.30, with a salary of £24,000.


The main purpose of this role is to work in the busy Goods In department checking all stock that comes in is correct and entered onto the system.


Main Duties:



  • Checking stock that comes through Goods In is correct and signed for

  • Booking stock

  • Chasing purchase orders

  • Entering data and notes onto computer system

  • Speaking with sales team, delivery drivers and accounts to discuss any errors or discrepancies


Skills:



  • Administration experience is essential

  • Polite telephone manner

  • Computer literate

  • Working in a similar Goods In role is desirable but not essential
