Temp-to-Perm Gardener

Location: South West London
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

My client is a thriving gardening business serving customers across South West London. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable garden maintenance and clearance services. With a growing demand for their services, they’re looking for a dedicated Gardener to join a ambitious team on a temp-to-perm basis.

About the Role:

As a Gardener, you’ll assist with a variety of general gardening and maintenance tasks, including:

• Garden clearance and tidying.


• Mowing, weeding, planting, and pruning.


• Maintaining tools and equipment.


• Working closely with a supportive team to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• A valid UK driving license (preferred but not essential).


• Previous gardening or maintenance experience


• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.


• Punctuality and reliability.


• The ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently.
