Our client are seeking an experienced Floor Manager for the restaurant of their well-regarded and beautiful hotel near the Penzance area. The Floor Manager's focus will be on floor presence for guests and staff, and managing and developing the team; it is therefore essential that you have an obsession with accuracy and high-level service delivery. This is an exciting role for someone at sub-General Manager level who is looking for a challenge and to develop a lasting career within a well established company that truly looks after its staff.

The role will be full time, 5 days a week with a mixture of early, late and day shifts.
It is required that you have at least 2 years' management experience within a similar establishment. L3 WSET preferred.

The Floor Manager reports to the General Manager and will undertake an exciting Learning & Development programme which includes quarterly 1:1 reviews with team leaders. Specific training programmes will include wine (WSET), cellar, H&S, food hygiene, and for aspiring team leaders: training in financials, leadership, HR, negotiation and communication.
