About Us:
Our client specialises in delivering high-quality cosmetic surface repairs, refinishing, and resprays for a variety of substrates, including metal, wood, plastic, stone, and laminate. Their work ranges from residential to commercial and industrial projects, primarily in the new-build sector.

The Role:
We are seeking a Finisher to join their dynamic team. This is a hands-on, practical role where you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged surfaces on-site, ensuring that chips, gouges, and scratches virtually disappear. You’ll receive full training to master their techniques, making this an ideal position for someone with good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience desirable but not essential. Candidates with skills in cosmetic surface repair, SMART repair, vehicle detailing, spraying, French polishing, or furniture finishing are encouraged to apply. Alternatively, experience in powder coating, wet spraying, or a natural ability to achieve high-quality finishes will also be considered.


• A strong work ethic, responsibility, and dedication to high standards.


• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently, while being part of a supportive team.


• Clean driving license (max 3 points).


• Comfortable working at heights and possessing or willing to obtain a CSCS card.

Training and Support:
After a comprehensive induction, you’ll begin a basic training program, which will be tailored to your existing skills and adaptability. Training will be conducted both at their Exeter workshop and on-site with experienced technicians. Once trained, you will travel to customers' properties to carry out quality surface repairs and refinishing, with ongoing technical support readily available.
