Job Title: Finance Administrator


Company Overview: Our Client is a growing manufacturing company. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team of 4. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in data entry who is looking to contribute to the success of a fantastic organisation.


Position Overview: As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration department by handling various tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial and general data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills. This role is key to the success of their organisation.


Responsibilities:



  • Working Knowledge of Xero.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports

  • Collaborate with team members

  • Ability to communicate with suppliers and clients via email and telephone

  • Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain and update databases and records.


Experience:



  • Proven experience within data entry or similar role.

  • Xero Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.


Benefits:



  • Salary £23,000 - £25,000 DOE.

  • 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
