Description:
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator on a permanent part time basis near Falmouth joining a friendly and supportive team.
As part of the Finance Team set in a beautiful location you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
- Management of the accounting systems (QuickBooks)
- Ensuring Monthly managements accounts and reconcile quarterly accounts
- Producing Annual Budgets with directors input
- Bank Reconciliations
- Cash Management
- Maintenance of financial records
- Working with other departments, implementing cost control , buying etc.

This is a part time role - 24 hrs per week over 3 days
