Facilities Coordinator


Salary Package: £13.22 - £14.22 per hour

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator for our client in Stone, Staffordshire.

This is a temporary ongoing role, which will become permanent for the right person.

Duties include:

  • Raising/managing purchase orders & contracts

  • Responsible for compliance, office operations, managing external contractors and record-keeping

  • Pitching in with a variety of tasks to support your manager and team

  • Managing multi-disciplinary FM teams, including maintenance operatives, reception mailroom, cleaning and security services.

  • Managing services, facilities related budgets and recording/managing KPI scores

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as the post holder will be required to travel to different client locations, as required by the business.

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary FM teams.

  • IOSH Managing Safely, SIA Non-Frontline License

The ideal candidate will require:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Great timekeeping

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Great planning and organising skills

  • Attention to detail and works accurately

  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

£14.22 per hour.
