Customer Support Representative (Temporary, Ongoing)

Location: Morden

Duration: Temporary role until April 2025, with potential for permanent placement

Pay: Starting at £13.57 per hour, increasing to £15.87 per hour after 12 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat


• Assist customers with questions, issues, and requests


• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer cases and provide updates


• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (phone-based preferred)


• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively


• Passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers
