Role Overview

As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolving queries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.

  • Providing accurate information about our products/services.

  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.


To excel in this German speaking customer service advisor role, you should have:

  • A fluent and full understanding of the German language

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
