Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for our client in Newcastle-Under-Lyme


The position is temporary ongoing sick cover.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:-



  • Inputting orders onto the system

  • Receiving incoming calls in a professionally and courteously manner

  • Dealing with incoming emails

  • Updating databases and systems as required

  • Handling service queries

  • Administration duties

  • Ordering of stationery


Skills:-



  • Experience of using MS Office and databases

  • Good attention to detail

  • Team player

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent telephone skills


Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.


Immediate start for the right person.
