Our client based in the Harbour Estate area of Belfast is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support the team (9 people). You will be liaising with clients and internally with the engineering team to ensure swift and speedy response. There is a strong level of administration with this role and so if you possess good IT skills including Excel please do not hesitate to apply.
The client uses SAP so if you do have any knowledge this is a great advantage. You will draft new contract proposals, renewals and process acceptances on their systems Liaise with customers and other relevant parties over delays, problems, or queries to ensure that communication regarding the status of service work is maintained. Assist customers with invoice queries and issue credits where required. Update and maintain customer data on the electronic system and spreadsheets. ,
You will have GCSE English and Maths and possess a great team work ethic. You will be office based but once you have passed your probation and training you will have the option to work from home 2 days per week.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
In return the company offer a salary of £22000 - £23500p.a., free car parking.
