Starting Salary: £20,000
Salary after probation: £21,500
Salary Banding: Up to £27,000 (Regular reviews and increases based on length of service and performance).

As a Customer Account Agent you will be working with customers on an ongoing basis, you will be receiving inbound calls as well as making outbound calls. You will work with customers collaboratively to resolve outstanding financial matters.

This opportunity requires an individual that is able to build and nourish relationships with their customer base - There are incentives in place to reward excellent service.

4 Weeks initial training provided
On-going coaching and development
This is in a busy call centre environment
