Berry Recruitment are currently seeking permanent commis chefs for their client based in North West London
You'll do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a head chef , rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines
Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
This is a full time contract with my client, you will need to be flexible as the company operates Monday to Sunday.
Rate of pay is £8.50 /hour up to 45 hours a week + 10% bonus. There are opportunities to progress within the company.
