Are you an experienced Commi chef looking for a fantastic new opportunity in the Catering World?
My client is on the search for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified commi chef to assist in the running our large and busy restaurant kitchen. This restaurant offers a fine dining experience and features high quality modern Italian cuisine. It is an award-winning restaurant that often caters for high end clientele in the modern suburbs of St Albans town centre.
The successful applicant will be Passionate about food, reliable and hard working. Previous experience of Italian cuisine is desirable but not essential.
Day to day duties:
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
