Berry Recruitment has a newly registered opportunity to join our client based in the Wantage area as a Client Support Administrator

We are looking for an experienced candidate who is well presented, self-motivated & confident who will be the main lead for webstore orders and queries, dealing with any related queries directly with the customer and relevant account manager. Will also form part of the Sales Support team and will also assist with all related tasks.

Role: Client Support Administrator
Location: Wantage
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience with £2,000 bonus available.

Bonus package:

  • Laptop or Desk Top - Dell

  • Private Medical Health to a max @ 1% of OTE (After 6 months) Single cover only.

  • Expenses – All reasonable business expenses will be covered by the company, if required and used.

  • Holiday is 24 days plus 1 day off for your birthday per annum, but unpaid leave can be taken.

Key Responsibilities:
•Entering/Approving Sales orders within NetSuite
•Shipping orders
•Entering prospect clients details onto the in-house database
•Liaising with the marketing department regarding issues and improvements
•Sending software to customers
•Dealing with demo Kit requests and orders
•Liaising with stock controller for stock queries/back orders
•Dealing with customer queries around deliveries and service
•Take part in product training and keep up to date with new products
•General Support (including Ruckus live chats, end user changes, 1st level support)
•Supporting the sales team with administrative duties

Candidate Specification:
•Experience of using NetSuite.
•Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to listen and articulate effectively
•Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
•To gradually learn and amass knowledge and detailed understanding of Sales
•Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative.
•Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment
•To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from director level to bottom level.
•Must have a clean driving license.
•To be flexible on working hours and to work longer hours as the job may entail.
•To travel when and where necessary if required.
•To be able to run standard reports as and when required.
•Ecommerce experience would be preferred but not essential.
