We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a vibrant team in an Independent award-winning restaurant in the Falmouth area. Our client is looking to hire an enthusiastic Chef de Partie as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy kitchen producing a high volume of food, knowledge and passion for creating high standard food using fresh seafood and local produce.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your own section of the kitchen, supporting the senior members of the kitchen. You will be taught each section, therefore you must be hard working, driven and dedicated.
You will be working 5 days per week with a mixture of straight and split shifts. This position comes with a generous salary and the opportunity to work with a fantastic brigade of chefs in a stunning Falmouth location.
