Description:

Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Chef for our client based in Milton Keynes.

Role Overview:

The Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving quality meals, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Pay rate: £14.39 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-6.45pm. Also working alternate weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to deliver meals three times daily


• Supervise and assist kitchen trainees


• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and safety standards


• Manage food quality, hygiene, and minimise wastage


• Train new team members and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen

Requirements:

• Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years due to the high security clearance requirements.


• Ability to pass security vetting and enhanced DBS checks


• Experience in food production and maintaining high kitchen standards


• Must wear long sleeve chef jackets and non-slip shoes
