Call Centre / Customer Service
Monday to Friday
9am till 5pm
Inbound Call Centre
This will involve answering customer emails,
Working on chat box,
Replying and dealing with Instagram Direct messages
Taking and making telephone calls.
Sorting issues with deliveries, wrong or damaged items received.
Working to resolve any customer issues.
