We currently have a requirement for a number of call Handlers / Call Centre Agents either based in Par or Working From home. This role is temporary and required ASAP to end Feb 2022.
You must posses a friendly telephone manner and customer service skills. Full Training will be given for the roles so you must be able to attend the site in Par to conduct 1 or 2 days training as required.
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls for various charities, speaking to supporters who want to make a donation. You will be reading from a script, processing the donation amount and dealing with Gift Aid and mailing lists using their internal database.
Full or Part Time hours available (Part Time from Office only - minimum of 16 hours per week and working from home minimum of 30 hrs per week) – Hrs available up to 45 hours per week.
The hourly pay is £8.91 per hr
We are also accepting applicants from 16+ (pay rate will be reflected)
There are a variety of shifts available for full or part time between 16 to 40 hrs per week, shift options are:
Mon to Friday 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm / 11am to 8pm
Lunchtime / afternoon start - 1pm/2pm to 9pm
Saturday or Sunday weekend shift - 10am to 4pm / 5pm or 6pm
Working a weekend shift is essential
For remote workers you will need to pay a deposit of £75 prior to issuing the equipment to you. This will be returned to you on safe return of the kit. Remote workers will also need to complete a Internet Speed Check Test
